The 2012 Kingston Relay for Life went ahead with determination and spirit in defiance of a wet, windy and dark evening last Friday, June 1st. Teams turned up, pitched their tents and walked, with smiles and grit, no matter the weather. Organizers called the event at 10 PM in recognition of safety issues and the luminary lighting will be rescheduled for later this spring/summer. Local news coverage of the event.
As of Sunday morning, more than $220,000 had been raised to aid in the fight against cancer.
Any Size Moving was honoured to once again be a part of this significant event, providing transportation for the event’s setup and teardown.

Opening Ceremonies - more than 700 of the 1100 registered participants arrived despite the wet and wind.
